How it Works

The Future Focused coaching program is conducted by a professional coach
who works with the student one one one to provide accountability on a
weekly basis. The coach meets with the student to set academic goals and
provide accountability to those goals by checking the grades on-line each
week. Together, the coach and the student create concrete weekly plans, in
order to ensure the student is organized and prepared each week.


Each coaching session is centered around the core components of our
philosophy in order to help students improve academically:

• Goal-setting
• Building core academic skills: Organization, Time-management, & Study skills
•Providing accountability & encouraging student to take ownership over their academic performance
