Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or re-schedule an SAT/ACT Prep session for any reason, you need to call Future Focused at least 24 hours in advance. A change may be permitted only if there is space available in another group that week. Make-up sessions must be scheduled in the same week as the session missed, according to space available. There are no guarantees that space will be available, and you will be charged for the session even if it is not made up. Additionally, all diagnostics must be taken on the scheduled date. Any requested make-up or additional diagnostic will incur a $50 charge.
